This notice explains what happens to your information when you register your interest in, or book, a home blood collection visit through this website.

When you register interest or book a visit, we collect: your name (where given), phone number, the area you're in, and the date/time of your interest or appointment. When you simply browse the site, we log anonymous page-view and button-click activity that contains no name, phone number, or other identifying detail.
We do not collect any health information through this website — not your test type, not your medical history, nothing about why you need a blood test. That information stays on the physical form your GP or hospital gives you, and is handled separately once you're an actual patient.
To contact you about booking or launching the service, and to plan and schedule home visits efficiently. We only do this because you've actively agreed to it by ticking the consent box before submitting your details — we never contact you otherwise.
If you register interest but the service hasn't launched in your area, or you never go on to book, we keep your details for up to 12 months from the date you submitted them, after which they are automatically deleted. If you become an active customer, we keep your booking details for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal/accounting obligations, and no longer.
We don't sell or share your contact details with any third party for marketing. Once you're a booked patient, the minimum necessary information travels with your blood sample to the processing hospital laboratory, exactly as it would for any blood test taken in a GP surgery or hospital.
